Every marriage needs a TUNE-Up!
Come enjoy a FULL WEEKEND of equipping and renewing a vision for your marriage!

Marriage is a vehicle that God wants to use to bring glory to Him. And just like every vehicle, your marriage needs regular tune-ups to remain effective and to get you where you are going.
Our Marriage TUNE-Ups are designed to provide “relationship maintenance” that can help diagnose problems, reset problematic patterns, and add fresh accessories to your journey!

This year's theme is "Creating Oneness"!

The more united your marriage, the greater your level of intimacy and effectiveness!
Come and engage in teaching from the Art of Marriage video teaching series as well as break-out sessions from some of our very own Daystar couples.

Breakout Sessions

During Saturday there are two opportunities to attend breakout sessions.  While registering for the conference you will be asked (as a couple) to choose two total, one from each time slot.

Breakout A Sessions

Maintaining Oneness With Your Finances

Nialle and Vanessa Travnik

Financial disagreements are one of the leading causes of separation in marriages. In this breakout session, we’ll explore how to maintain unity with your finances despite having different views on money management. Learn practical strategies for overcoming financial disagreements, fostering open communication, and finding common ground with your spouse.
Maintaining Oneness Through Conflict

Seth & Angela Paine

Conflict is inevitable in any relationship, but it doesn't have to drive a wedge between you and your partner. In this session, we'll explore how to maintain emotional oneness even during disagreements. Discover your conflict style and how it can impact communication and connection. We will consider some practical tools that can transform conflict into an opportunity for deeper understanding and growth.
Maintaining Oneness Through Grief and Loss Panel

Jason & Rebecca Henuset and Chad & Kim Demchuk

Grief and loss come in many forms whether it is health issues, the death of a child, infertility, house fire, or loss of work or business. In this panel session, you will hear from couples who have navigated deeply painful and often isolating experiences yet who have managed to maintain oneness and strengthen their bond. Come hear these couples share what they learned through their trials.

Breakout B Sessions

Maintaining Oneness Through Marriage Meetings

Scott & Stephanie Heggerud

In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it’s easy for couples to drift apart. This session introduces Marriage Meetings, a practice designed to help couples maintain a deep, strong connection by regularly checking in, sharing thoughts, and planning quality time together. This intentional approach fosters emotional growth, enhances the partnership, and reignites romance. It ensures that the relationship stays vibrant, passionate, and more than just a routine.
Maintaining Oneness Through Sexual Intimacy

Seth & Angela Paine

Sexual intimacy plays a key role in maintaining oneness in marriage. Often, sexual issues stem from a lack of emotional and spiritual unity, and nurturing oneness can address these challenges. Couples will learn how to cultivate deeper emotional, physical, and spiritual connection through intimacy, aligning with God's design to foster unity, trust, and passion in their relationship.
Maintaining Oneness While Parenting Panel

John & Tanya Dennis and Jalen & Tricia Wuerch

Whether raising teens with busy schedules or balancing the demands of younger children, the pressure can put a strain on any marriage. This will not be a parenting class but rather in this panel session, we’ll discuss how couples can maintain oneness amidst the constant hustle and sleepless nights, school, community activities, and changing family dynamics.
