Daystar Life Groups are the way we build relationships, grow in faith, and live life as a church. Each Life Group consists of a small group of people meeting together on average every second week within the Host's home. The day of the week, as well as any childcare offered or potlucks, will be determined by the Life Group leader.
What to Expect
connection
Christian life is more than 90 minutes on a Sunday! We love to hang out and get to know each other. Be prepared to make new friends!
prayer
We believe that God answers prayer. Countless times we've seen miracles because of the prayer in Life Groups. Every group incorporates a time of prayer into their meeting.
discussion
Each group usually has some form of discussion on a spiritual topic. Don’t worry, you don’t need to be a scholar to engage in the discussion – you just have to be a real person!
food
Mmmmmm. There’s usually a wonderful snack at Life Group. Some groups go all out and do a BBQ or a potluck, while others might do a light snack or dessert.
